Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and quality control reasons, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed.

In the rare event that you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will review the matter and, if approved, provide a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
